Jody moved to Punta Gorda in 2014. She has a passion for helping people, and that plays a vital role in her property management success. Jody also enjoys the daily challenges that come with property management and works hard to meet each challenge.
Jody has been married to her husband, Bryan since 2014. They have 2 sons and several mini schnauzers. They currently live in Punta Gorda. When they aren’t working they enjoy going to the beach, off-roading and going for long rides on the Harley.
Shannon Cornell has been in the Real Estate Industry with a focus on Property Management since 2001. She first worked on the administration side for over 10 years before getting her real estate license. Once she did get her license, she took off running with it. She took over a portfolio of about 40 properties and within 4 years she built that up over 120 properties. Shannon joined the Arrico Family in 2016. She is Co-Owner and Manager of the Lakeland Office.
Shannon was one of the driving forces to bring a NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) Chapter back to Lakeland. She is a past President of the Greater Lakeland chapter and is part of several committees with both the State and National Chapters of NARPM. Shannon has also been on the Lakeland Realtors Board of Directors since 2013 and is very active on multiple committees as well.
Shannon has been married to her husband, Ty since 2003 and they have a daughter, Emily and several fur-babies. They currently live in Auburndale and are looking forward to buying investment properties in the near future.
